Reflect collectively on the society of the present and the future. This is the objective of the Open City Biennial of Thought, whose 2nd edition will take place from October 13 to 18 in Barcelona. In a moment of uncertainty like the current one, the cycle proposes rethinking the world as we know it and rethinking our way of life.
Cities are engines of global change and transformation. From this perspective, the Biennial program invites us to analyze our link with the planet, our collective life and discuss what futures lie ahead of us. The program of the event’s 5th edition will include debates, lectures, poetry, music and artistic interventions. More than 85 activities that can be enjoyed in face-to-face and audiovisual format, with prior registration.
Open City Biennial of Thought 2020

Democracy, technology and the city are the central themes of this edition of the Biennial.
